1、 Labyrinth seal

Labyrinth seals are also called Labyrinth seals and Comb seals. They are widely used in side channel blower products. Labyrinth seals are basically used in the interstage seals of fan products. Labyrinth seals are also used in the shaft end seals for air delivery under low pressure.  

2、 Floating ring seal

The floating ring seal uses the pressure oil film formed between the main shaft and the floating ring, and the balance between the combined pressure of the oil film and the external load (the pressure of the working medium) to seal the axial leakage of the working medium. Because the floating ring seal has the advantage of automatic centering, the seal clearance can be smaller, and the leakage will decrease. The pressure of the seal body can be adjusted according to the pressure of the sealed medium. The floating ring and the shaft maintain a liquid friction state, thus avoiding mechanical wear. This kind of seal is used when the pressure is high or corrosive gas is transmitted, and the transmitted gas does not leak out.  

3、 Mechanical seal

Mechanical end face seal is a sealing device that can achieve axial rotation of the seal by preloading the friction pairs of static and dynamic ring end faces with elastic elements and pressing the media pressure and elastic element pressure. Mechanical seals generally use sealing fluid (turbine oil) with pressure 2.5~3.5 higher than the sealed medium to seal the sealed medium. In the process of rotation, an oil film is established on the friction surface, and the pressure of the oil film is balanced with the sealed medium from outside to inside, from large to small. Since the sealing liquid pressure is always greater than the sealed medium, the sealed medium will not leak generally, and there is a small amount of leakage of the sealing liquid inward, and the leaked sealing liquid will be recycled through the oil return hole. Due to the change of structure, the oil quantity of mechanical seal is much less than that of floating ring seal, but it belongs to oil film seal.

4、 Dry gas seal

The dry gas seal is a gas film seal, which is a sealing form of the inlet and outlet sealing effect of the current turbine compressor. It uses nitrogen or other harmless gases as the sealing medium. The requirements for the cleanliness of sealing gas are high, and there is a relatively complex gas supply system.
